Road Shield empowers both drivers and law enforcement personnel to take control of their safety and their rights during pullovers. Whether you're a civilian or an officer of the law, Road Shield recognizes the need to lower the risk involved in high-pressure situations.
We're a company on a mission to increase the safety of all parties involved in traffic stops and other stressful situations. With the Road Shield app, you can document and share traffic stops and all interactions as they happen in real-time.
Because Road Shield is committed to the concept of complete transparency and accountability, we've ensured that our app can store the videos of every pullover that occurs. Moreover, by keeping all interactions between drivers and the police, we are able to provide an unbiased and clear account of what took place. Video footage can then be used as evidence if there is any dispute about the circumstances of the stop.
As our user base has grown, so have the applications to which Road Shield can be put to use. Regardless of the situation, people's safety has always been at the core of our development efforts.
With that in mind, we realized that the ability to live stream moments when you're feeling afraid or uneasy is something safety-conscious people would want. The need to have your phone record everything while simultaneously connecting with emergency contacts became obvious.
We also began to understand parents, romantic partners, kids, and friends' apprehensions when their loved ones are traveling. So we worked to ensure Road Shield can track your journey and display where you are on a map at a given moment.
